Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. You can select your payment method during the checkout process.
Q: Is the payment process secure?
A: The payment process is secure and PCI compliant meaning you can purchase your items with peace of mind.
Q: What quality is the china in?
A: All items are carefully inspected and graded before listing on the site. All items will have been previously owned but will meet one of our 2 high standard grades listed below. Any china that doesn't meet these standards would not be listed.

Delivery
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: We offer free delivery in the UK on all purchases over £60. For all other orders including international orders, delivery is calculated during the checkout process.
Q: How quickly are items dispatched?
A: Items are dispatched within 3 working days of the order.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: After dispatch, delivery will take 2-4 working days. Please note that for delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight may take up to 7 working days.
Q: How are the items packaged?
A: All items are firstly wrapped in newspaper and placed in a box padded with more newspaper. Scrunched newspaper is then used to pad the items and secure them in place before finally additional newspaper is placed around the sides and on top of the items to provide further padding in the box. All materials used in our packaging process are recycled to minimise the impact on the environment.
Q: Who do you use for delivery?
A: We use Collect Plus for delivery. They are one of the leading online delivery services for business offering excellent customer service for our customers.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: If upon receipt of your order you are unsatisfied with your items please contact us within 7 days and a full/partial refund will be offered accordingly. If the goods have been broken in transit we will request they be posted back to us and a full refund will be issued.

Q: How long does it take to source an item on search?
A: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to source any item(s) in a given time as it can vary depending on the availability. Once you have notified us that you are looking for something, your details are added to our search files and the team begin to actively try to source the item(s) for you.
Q: Are there any search fees?
A: We do not charge a search fee at any time, the only charges will be for the goods themselves should you choose to purchase.
Q: How will you notify me once an item has been sourced?
A: Once the team have been successful in sourcing your item(s) they are passed to our grading team to ensure they meet our standards in order to be sold. Once this process is complete one of our sales team will be in touch to let you know we have sourced the item and talk you through the options.
Q: Is there an obligation to buy once items have been sourced?
A: There are no obligations to purchase any items after we have sourced them for you.

Q: How much do you pay for china?
A: We do not have a fixed price for the amount we purchase china for as it depends on many factors. We will happily give you a quote however if you are looking to sell a set. Simply click here to fill in our online form and we will get back to you with a price.
